We started with one injured dog and a borrowed scooter.
Protect The Paws Foundation began the way most rescue stories do — someone stopped when everyone else walked past. Today we run a 24×7 helpline, rescue vans across Mumbai, a shelter hospital, sterilisation drives and one of the city's most careful adoption programs.
We are a registered non-profit under Indian law, 80G-certified, and answerable to our donors for every rupee. Our mission is simple: no animal in our city should suffer alone.
